Kapil Mishra tweets AAP's internal survey, says the party will not win any of 20 seats

A day after the Election Commission recommended disqualification of 20 Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs, rebel party legislator Kapil Mishra today claimed that an internal survey showed that it was not confident of winning back a single seat if by-polls were held.

The Election Commission yesterday found all the 20 AAP MLAs to be holding the office of profit at the time of their appointment as the parliamentary secretary in 2015.

The poll panel recommended the President to disqualify the legislators. The AAP has decided to challenge the Election Commission decision.
