JNU sedition row: Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid share their side of story

As the Delhi Police on Monday filed a charge-sheet naming former JNU student leaders Kanhaiya Kumar, Umar Khalid and others in JNU sedition case, the duo shared their side of the story with India Today.

On raising anti-India slogans, Kanhaiya Kumar said that the issue was raised by a JNU's internal committee, but he was twice given clean chit by the high court.

Meanwhile, Khalid too denied raising any anti-India slogans and said that he was happy that finally the matter will be heard in court.
