Jammu and Kashmir continues to be on the edge. After fast-paced developments overnight which put Omar Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti, Sajad Lone under house arrest, Narendra Modi will chair a meeting with the Union Cabinet today and a big announcement is expected.
