J&K: Valley limping back to normalcy but communication blackout continues

As Jammu and Kashmir witnessed peaceful Independence Day celebrations, the valley slowly seems to be returning to normalcy. The first flight from Srinagar Airport, since the abrogation of Article 370, is scheduled to take-off tonight after the airport was cleared for night-flights.

Principal secretary in J&K administration, Rohit Kansal, said restrictions have been eased in many parts of the Union Territory including Srinagar city.
