Jharkhand lynching: Tabrez Ansari's wife threatens self-immolation if accused are not booked for murder

24-year-old lynching victim Tabrez Ansari's wife Shahista Parveen met the DC and SP of Ranchi and demanded that charges against the accused be changed from culpable homicide to murder. She threatened self-immolation outside DC's office if her demands are not met.
