Jewelry worth Rs 76 lakh, 28 mobile phones recovered from Arpita Mukherjee's residence

India Today has accessed a list of items recovered during a raid at Arpita Mukherjee, a close aide of arrested West Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee. The items include 2 gold necklaces, one locket, bangles, 5 pairs of diamond earrings and 15 pairs of gold earrings worth Rs 76 lakh rupees.

Apart from the jewelry, 28 mobile phones along with 2 hard disks have also been recovered from her residence.

A Kolkate court on Sunday remanded Mukherjee in one-day ED custody. She was arrested following marathon questioning at her residence, where crores of rupees in cash and other valuables were allegedly recovered by sleuths of the central agency.
