Jairam Ramesh says wrong to say Gehlot government changed Aravalli definition

Senior Congress MP Jairam Ramesh attacked the Modi government over the controversial redefinition of the Aravalli hills. Speaking to India Today, the former Environment Minister said, "It's wrong to say that the Gehlot government changed the definition. The Forest Survey of India gave a report on the 25th of August 2010 and from 2012 that redefinition 100 meters plus will constitute, not the 100 meters plus as came about in November 20th but all landforms which constitute the Aravali's ecosystem would be protected and not open for mining."
