The first step of normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir began on Friday after 12 days of lockdown and communication blackout.
The government has begun the process to ease curbs, which were put following the revocation of Article 370, that granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
While government offices reopened on Friday in the Valley, the schools will open from Monday, said sources.
