Talking about the farm bills, Dr Ashok Gulati said that they are something like the de-licensing of the industry in 1991.

Dr Ashok Gulati said, "To me it is very clear, it is something like the delicensing of the industry in 1991. Because your are giving a better choice and opening up the markets where the processors and the farmers, exporters, retailer can join together. So, the intermediation cost is likely to come down."
