This special report focuses on a major terror plot foiled by the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), which arrested three alleged ISIS-linked terrorists. The arrested individuals, including a doctor from Hyderabad and two men from Uttar Pradesh, reportedly planned to use the deadly chemical toxin ricin in attacks targeting Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) offices and crowded public places in Lucknow and Delhi. According to Gujarat ATS, the alleged mastermind, Dr. Ahmed Mohiuddin Syed, confessed that his handler is an ISKP operative in Afghanistan named Abu Khadija. The investigation revealed that the doctor, who has a medical degree from China, was preparing ricin from castor oil, a toxin considered highly poisonous. The terrorists had conducted reconnaissance of their targets and were arrested at the Adalaj toll plaza near Ahmedabad while attempting to exchange weapons.
