Is law not strong enough to curb hate speech? Big debate on News Today

Two FIRs have been filed against Maharashtra BJP MLA Nitesh Rane for hate speech against the Muslim community. Rane, who was in support of Hindu seer Mahant Ramgiri Maharaj who allegedly made derogatory remarks about Islam, sent out a clear threat to the minority community.

Rane said, "If you dare harm our Ramgiri Maharaj, we will enter your masjid (mosque) and will hunt you down (chun chun ke marenge)." So, what will it take to stop this hate? Is law not strong enough to curb hate speech? Why do people get away with attacks on minorities? Watch as panelists debate.
