Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi has alleged that jailed RJD chief Lalu Prasad was trying trying to poach NDA MLAs in an attempt to topple the state govt.

Sushil Kumar Modi shared the one and a half minute long clip on his official Twitter handle wherein Prasad can be heard speaking to the BJP MLA Lalan Kumar.
