Indian Army 'provoked' attacks on LAC, claims Chinese army Colonel

Colonel Zhang Shuili from China's Western Theatre Command, in the first official response from the People's Liberation Army (PLA) following violent altercation between Indian and Chinese troops on Monday night, has accused India of deliberately launching "provocative" attacks.
