The network dominated the event with India Today TV being named the Best English News Channel and Aaj Tak winning the Best Hindi Channel award. The awards also recognised the group's exceptional coverage of the Lok Sabha elections. Marking the group's 50th anniversary, a representative dedicated the victory to Chairman Arun Poorie, stating, 'We can only give this award to Mr. Arun Puri... he created a new history for journalism.' The group also secured awards for Best Talk Show and Most Impactful News Personality.
