Independence of the judiciary is compromised: Arun Shourie to India Today

In an exclusive interview to India Today, renowned economist and former union minister Arun Shourie said that the independence of the judiciary is not at stake, it is already compromised.

"The way the benches have been managed in the last one year seems to have been effected to please the executive, " Shourie said.
