Political analyst and columnist TS Sudhir said the Bharat Rashtra Samithi criticising its party leaders for switching to Congress is a "political hypocrisy" and added that party supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao had encouraged defections in the past. Several BRS leaders who joined the Congress have been fielded by the grand old party as its candidate for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.Â
According to Sudhir, many of the BRS leaders who switched to Congress had joined KCR's party from other parties.Â
