Hyderabad doctor murder: Telangana home minister blames victim, says why didn't she call police

In a shocking statement, Telangana Home Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali has blamed the Hyderabad doctor who was allegedly raped and burnt alive in Shadnagar on Wednesday evening.

Mahmood Ali said, "It is sad that despite being educated she called up her sister. Had she called police she would have been safe. It's sad, will aware people about that 100 number is for public."
