Himachal Pradesh reels under flash floods: 2 dead, 6 missing after cloudbursts

Himachal Pradesh faces severe flash floods following three cloudbursts in Kullu, Sench, and Rehla-Bihar districts. Two people have died and six are missing. The Biyas and Saklech rivers have swollen, crossing danger marks. Infrastructure damage includes swept-away cars and collapsed bridges.
