Fifty eight seats across eight states and Union Territories (UTs) will vote on Saturday in the sixth and penultimate phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Among them are the seven high-profile constituencies in Delhi, where the alliance between Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is set to face off against the BJP. The BJP won all seven Delhi constituencies in 2014 and 2019, but the AAP and Congress are now fighting together as an INDIA bloc.
Apart from Delhi, polling is scheduled in Haryana (10), Bihar (8), Jharkhand (4), Odisha (6), Uttar Pradesh (14), West Bengal (8), and Jammu and Kashmir (1). The prominent faces include BJP leaders Maneka Gandhi and Manoj Tiwari, Jammu and Kashmir People's Democratic Party's Mehbooba Mufti, and Congress's Kanhaiya Kumar, among others.
