Hawala transactions taking place under GST, says West Bengal Finance Minister Amit Mitra

West Bengal Finance Minister Amit Mitra said that there are loopholes in the current GST structure and hawala transactions are taking place under GST. Speaking to India Today's Rahul Kanwal at the East Conclave 2018, Mitra also spoke about the rise in fuel prices and said that the Modi government doesn't know how to govern.
