Santosh Singh Negi, a teacher in a government school in Pauri, Uttarakhand, was praised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his monthly radio show, Mann Ki Baat.

The teacher was lauded by PM Modi for coming up with unique techniques in order to conserve water.
