Ghaziabad fake news case: Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari files caveat in Supreme Court

Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court that he should be heard before any orders are passed in any appeal filed by the Ghaziabad police against the relief granted to him by the Karnataka High Court.

Twitter MD had got relief from Karnataka HC, which said that no coercive action can be taken against him till June 29.

UP Police had summoned Twitter India head in connection with the Ghaziabad fake video case.
