Gen Bipin Rawat chopper crash: IAF chief rushes to crash site in Coonoor

Indian Air Force chief Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhari is rushing off to the crash site in Coonoor where a chopper carrying CDS General Bipin Rawat and 13 others on board crashed this afternoon in Tamil Nadu.

However, there was no immediate information on the condition of Gen Rawat.

The Chief of Defence Staff was on his way to the Defence Staff College in Wellington when the chopper crashed.
