Woman journalist harassed by goons for reporting illegal mining

For Bangaloreans, the Bannerghatta National Park is so important and it's vital for the environment. However, illegal mining is a clear danger that is taking place over there.

A woman journalist from a regional English channel was surrounded by goons who threatened, abused and harassed her team while she was reporting on illegal mining taking place on the outskirts of the Bannerghatta National Park. The incident happened within one kilometre of the Bannerghatta National Park.

All the mining, quarrying and crushing that was happening at the park put the lives of the 180 species in danger.
