F-16s, JF-17s, radars, runways: Air Force details Pak losses during Op Sindoor

Indian Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh, speaking at the press conference marking the 93rd anniversary of the Indian Air Force, revealed the scale of destruction inflicted on Pakistan during Operation Sindoor. He detailed intelligence reports indicating strikes on multiple Pakistani airfields, radars, command and control centres, runways, and hangars. The Air Chief further disclosed that high-value assets including a C-130 class aircraft, an AWACS, several F-16 fighters, and a SAM system were damaged or destroyed. Highlighting India’s air defence capability, he confirmed a long-range strike over 300 km and the downing of five advanced fighters from the F-16 and JF-17 class.
