End Game for Choksi? Belgian Court Orders Extradition in PNB Scam

The order upholds the validity of the charges, including fraud and forgery, under Belgian law, clearing a significant hurdle for the CBI and Enforcement Directorate. Choksi, who was arrested in Belgium in April 2025, still has the option to appeal the decision in a higher court.
