ED recovers Rs 70 lakh from Tamil Nadu minister Ponmudi's residence

Trouble mounted for Tamil Nadu Higher Education Minister and DMK leader Ponmudi as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) recovered Rs 70 lakh from his residence. The ED is carrying out raids at premises linked to Ponmudi and his family in a money laundering case.

Meanwhile, the Opposition leaders have condemned the raids conducted by probe agency ED at the residence of Tamil Nadu Minister Ponmudi.
