EC orders transfer of Delhi DCP after Jamia, Shaheen Bagh firing incidents

The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Sunday transferred southeast DCP Chinmoy Biswal citing "ongoing situation" days after the firing incidents at Shaheen Bagh and Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI). Chinmoy Biswal would now report to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).
