Don't know if Rahul Gandhi knows about local issues: Amit Shah

In an exclusive interview to India Today TV, Amit Shah said he does not know if Congress leader Rahul Gandhi knows about the local issues. Amit Shah's response came a day after Rahul Gandhi, in a rally, alleged that the BJP has been trying to distract the public and not talking about the local issues.

"I don't know how much Rahul Gandhi knows about the local issues. BJP fights polls on three levels. Big rallies, group meetings of 100-200 people and door-to-door campaigning. In group meetings, we take questions, discuss local issues and also listen to the people. These healthy debates don't take place anywhere," Amit Shah said.
