Senior Congress leaders hit out at the Centre over the special Parliament session. Speaking at the Rajya Sabha Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge said, "Congress has worked hard to upload the Constitution and take decisions with everyone's consensus. We do not understand why the special session was called with no discussion."
