Discussed internal matters, will abide by what party decides: Amarinder Singh after meeting Sonia Gandhi

After meeting Congress president, Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh said that he discussed party's internal matters with her and Punjab is fully geared up for the upcoming assembly polls. He further added he will abide by whatever decision the Congress party will take.

Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu has been at loggerheads with the chief minister, attacking him on issues like the alleged delay in the completion of a probe into the 2015 desecration of Sikh texts and the subsequent police firing on protesters.
