India Today Conclave Next 2017: NASSCOM, Tech Mahindra and Bain chiefs on digital disruption

Paperless offices and payments, driverless cars, cloud computing: digital technology has changed, and will continue to change the way we live and work in myriad ways.

So what does the degree of technological advancement we see today mean for jobs? What do organisations need to do to innovate? What are companies doing to make graduates more employable in the future?

These were some of issues discussed at a session titled 'Getting Ready for Digital Disruption' at the India Today Conclave Next 2017 today.

R Chandrashekhar, Tech Mahindra CEO and MD CP Gurnani, and Bain & Co India Chairman Sri Rajan participated in the discussion, which was moderated by former RBI chief Kiran Karnik.
