Did cops join the Alwar lynch mob and bash Rakbar?

Rakbar alias Akbar was lynched on Friday night on suspicion of being a cow smuggler. He was allegedly attacked by cow vigilantes.

An eyewitness said that the cops were informed at 12:40 am but Rakbar was hospitalised at 4am.

Yet, it took the police over three hours from the time they reached the lynching spot to get him to hospital, where Rakbar was brought dead.
