Full speech: Devendra Fadnavis resigns as Maharashtra CM ahead of floor test

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday afternoon, Devendra Fadnavis announced that he has decided to resign as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra after failing to get majority ahead of the Assembly floor test tomorrow. Fadnavis said he will submit his resignation to the Governor.
