Delhi riots case: SC refuses to quash summons to Facebook VP

The Supreme Court has refused to quash the Delhi Assembly Committee’s proceedings against the Facebook India Vice-President in which he had been summoned to give answers in connection with the Delhi riots case.

The Supreme Court gave its verdict in connection with Facebook India Vice-President Ajit Mohan’s petition challenging the summons against him issued by the Delhi Assembly Committee.
