Delhi HC refuses to grant protection from arrest to Arvind Kejriwal

The Delhi High Court today refused to grant interim protection from arrest to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the Enforcement Directorate summonses issued to him in the Delhi excise policy case.

The court said it's not inclined to grant an interim relief and sought a response from the probe agency on this fresh interim plea and listed the matter for April 22.
