Delhi HC gives AAP 48 hours to remove tweets on L-G

The Delhi High Court has directed the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to take down alleged defamatory posts against Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena.

The court gave AAP 48 hours to take down defamatory tweets against the Delhi L-G.

On September 5, L-G Saxena sent a legal notice to the AAP, directing them to 'cease and desist' from circulating defamatory statements against him.
