Bhardwaj highlights that ‘30 of the 40 AQI stations in the national capital are in severe category,’ with hotspots like Anand Vihar recording a staggering AQI of 466. Other areas such as Nehru Nagar, Mundka, and Okhla have also breached the 450-plus mark, termed as ‘severe plus.’ The report details the alarming CPCB data, noting that residents are facing a health emergency as pollution levels spike across the city.
