Ravideep Sahi, IG CRPF on Thursday welcomed government's authorisation on Jawans of the CRPF and other paramilitary forces deployed in the Kashmir Valley to take a commercial flight to join duty or while going on leave.
He said, "This is huge respite for CRPF and Central Para-Military Forces (CPMF) who have to go on leave. Earlier we used to send them through convoy to Jammu. By this order they will now be able to fly form Srinagar to Jammu and its a huge welfare measure for us."
