Covid-19: From Delhi to Bengaluru, how cities are handling lockdown

With road and traffic suspended due to a nationwide lockdown to combat coronavirus, the streets look deserted with shops closed and many staying indoors amid lockdown across the country due to novel coronavirus.

However, many were seen defying lockdown in Bengaluru and other cities.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday announced a 21-day lockdown in the entire country to deal with the spread of novel coronavirus, saying that "social distancing" is the only option to deal with the disease, which spreads rapidly.
