Congress reposes faith in Rahul Gandhi

Despite a second consecutive defeat in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, Congress reposed faith in party chief Rahul Gandhi and said he will oversee how to revamp the party.

Meanwhile, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi's decision to step down as party president continued on Monday as he reportedly said that the party will have to find an alternative as he won't change his mind about quitting from the post.

Rahul Gandhi informed his party cadres about his decision to quit as Congress chief following the party's poor performance in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
