Complaint filed against Mehbooba Mufti over her controversial flag remarks

A Supreme Court lawyer Vineet Jindal has filed a complaint before Delhi Police commissioner against PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti over her controversial flag remarks. He has sought an FIR against Mehbooba under various sections of the IPC including Section 4 of the prevention of insults to National Honour Act.

On Friday, Mehbooba had said that she would not raise the national flag until Jammu and Kashmir's flag returns. The former J&K CM had two flags on her desk as she made the statement - one flag was of her party PDP and the other flag was of erstwhile J&K.
