'Collapsed party': Sanjay Nirupam hits out at Congress after expulsion

Sanjay Nirupam on Thursday took a swipe at the Congress, and said, "Congress is currently a collapsed party." His comments came a day after he was expelled from the grand old party.

"There is tremendous arrogance in Congress leadership," he added while addressing a press conference in Mumbai.
