In an engaging session at the India Today Mumbai Conclave, Union Minister Chirag Paswan reflected on his political journey, emphasising his resilience in rebuilding his party, the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), after facing setbacks. He outlined his plans to expand beyond Bihar, marking upcoming elections in Jharkhand and the partyâs presence in Nagaland.Â
"I practically started my party from scratch two-three years ago when everything was taken away from me," Chirag Paswan said.
Responding to a question about whether he would have trouble keeping his party intact, Paswan said, "My party was once broken, but was my identity finished? I am not arrogant, but I am Ram Vilas's son. I am a fighter's son. I will keep building myself back."Â
