Chinese Foreign Ministry denies intrusion attempt in Ladakh

China's Foreign Ministry has denied yet another intrusion attempt by their troops on the southern bank of the Pangong Tso Lake area in eastern Ladakh on the intervening night of August 29-30.

Chinese Foreign Ministry said that their border troops always strictly abide by the LAC and they never crossed the line. Border troops on the two sides have been in close communication regarding the issues on the ground.

On the intervening night of August 29-30, at around 11 pm around 200 Chinese soldiers came in convoy, including some SUVs, but they were stopped by the Indian Army who had prior intel about their movement.
