The victim of Chandigarh harassment case reveals the shocking details of the entire incident.

Vikas Barala, son of Haryana BJP president Subhash Barala, was arrested earlier today on charges of harassment and stalking, after a 29-year-old woman alleged that Vikas and one other friend followed her and harassed her in an inebriated state.

The alleged incident took place last night in Chandigarh and a complaint was registered with a police station in the city's Sector 26 area.

The complainant, who is the daughter of a bureaucrat, claimed that Vikas and his friend first tried to block her car and then followed her.
