Centre consults Harish Salve for extradition of Mehul Choksi from Dominica

The central government is seeking consultation from Harish Salve on the Mehul Choksi case. The government earlier had also sent officials with essential documents claiming Choksi was a business fugitive and requested the Dominican court for deportation of Choksi to India, but was denied by the authorities. Hence, the government has now involved Salve and he may also present India's case before the High Court in Dominica, where Choksi is being held for illegally entering the country. Watch the video.
