Ceasefire decision has not yielded desirable response: J&K deputy CM on Bukhari killing

In an exclusive interview to India Today TV, Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta said that the ceasefire between India and Pakistan during the month of Ramzan has not yielded such desirable response after Rising Kashmir Editor-in-Chief Shujaat Bukhari was gunned down by three men. It is appearing now that rebel elements in the state does not want the ceasefire to continue which led to the assasination of Bukhari.
