CCD owner VG Siddhartha's body found in Netravati River

The body of Cafe Coffee Day owner VG Siddhartha, missing since Monday, has been found. The body was recovered at around 6:50 am on Wednesday from the Netravati river by a group of fishermen, far from the spot where he was seen last.

VG Siddhartha went missing on Monday evening from the bridge over Netravati River after he asked his driver to stop the car he was travelling in and got off. A local fisherman said on Tuesday that he had heard someone jump into the river on Monday evening.
