Case against ex-Karnataka Chief Minister for allegedly assaulting minor

Police have registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against former Karnataka Chief Minister and senior BJP leader B S Yediyurappa for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor at his residence in the city.

An FIR was filed by Sadashivanagar police in Bengaluru based on a complaint by the mother of a 17-year-old girl.
